    GB Solar are just this type of company, I had a system of battery storage and Solar PV array installed.

    From the very first contact the communication with sales and technical was first class, with several options being regarded and proposals raised the final decision was made, site visits were arranged, permissions were applied for and installations set to begin. The install team were professional and respectful and delivered a quality job. Start to finish was about 2 weeks !
    The final documentation quickly followed, and now a few months later the system has been faultless.

    GB Solar Ltd were recommended to me by a good friend and what a great choice they turned out to be. I had previously shopped about for a battery system to complement my solar panel system and GB Solar Ltd were the most competitive on the market.
    From day one Gareth was very helpful with all of my questions and responded in a timely manner, was friendly and also honest. Placing an order was effortless and they booked me in as quickly as possible for an install. On the day of the install the two lads that came to install the system were polite and respectful and went about their day to day business professionally whilst at the same time were very happy to stop and answer any questions I had about the system being installed.
    There were no issues with the commissioning of the battery and the very next day when the sun came out the battery started to charge to full capacity and from that point forward it was free electricity and my investment was already starting to pay back for itself.
    Josh was quick to give me a call the very next day to ask if everything had gone to plan and was there to support with any questions or help I may need with the app. A good, reputable company proving an industry proven system with good warranty.

    Although I knew a little about solar and battery taking that step to an install was quite a leap. I did not have any recommendations so I did my research selecting a number of approved installers (from Giv Energy my preferred equipment) and asked them to quote.
    Where GB Solar stood out was the communication, they listened, listened to what I wanted and what my specific requirements were and how I intended to use my panels and battery. They were knowledgeable about the tariff I was using and why that was important to me but were also able to advise on elements I did not consider.
    This high level of communication and understanding was the same throughout the process no matter who I spoke to at GB Solar.
    The day of the install was no different and was completed without any issues and the install team were great, again communicating with me throughout the day to make aware of what was being done etc. Two weeks from the install I am seeing results in excess of what I expected and my goal of not drawing power from the grid during my peak hour billing is being achieved and it is only February. I would highly recommend GB Solar to anyone that was thinking of looking to install Solar/battery or both.

    Can not recommend these guys enough. Their pricing is really reasonable, all safety precautions are in place and the lads who did the fitting were really respectful.
    The owners really know their stuff. We wanted to completely max out the space on the roof and that's exactly what they did. Where as others disregarded our request based off Google maps rather then coming and looking.
    The ongoing support has also been exceptional and I've no doubts that any issues we have going forward, they will be a phone call away. Thanks for the amazing job again and maybe see you again if we decide to add another battery 🙂
