Mr Young, Nottinghamshire
Project Summary
We have recently completed a Solar PV & Battery installation for our client, Mr Young on his home in Nottinghamshire.
Following an initial consultation, we designed a 4.35kWp system, with an annual output of 3811kWh. This system would significantly reduce our clients annual electricity bill, by approximately 79%. The installation consisted of 10 high-efficiency JA Solar panels, strategically placed on a North/West roof, to maximize sun exposure. This system is expected to generate 3,811kWh of clean energy annually, offsetting 109% of Mr Young's energy consumption and significantly reducing his reliance on the grid. This project showcases the significant cost savings and environmental impact that solar power can deliver for the home.
Our GB Solar design and proposal included a market-leading GivEnergy 8.2kWh battery, which offers our customer full access to the monitoring portal for easy energy management and tracking.
Our installation team were on site for 1 day, and gave our client a full walk-through of the system upon completion. The system was notified to the local DNO through G98, with full acceptance granted within the day. As always, we provided our client with a full owners manual which includes warranty details, MCS Certification and full HIES protection.
