Project Type
Project Summary
This is what 5.85kWp of solar looks like, split on a south and a west facing roof, installed in a Doncaster village. Our GB Solar proposal included a total of 15 panels - 8 of which were installed to the front and 7 on the back of the property. The system is powered by a 3.6kWh GivEnergy Hybrid Inverter, and our client is able to store excess energy with a 9.5kWh GivEnergy home battery.
Our client will now be generating approximately 5,480kWh a year, with a self-consumption rate of 90%. They can also expect to see significant savings in their annual electricity bill - £3,382 to be exact!
This project was fully supplied, installed and commissioned by GB Solar, with a full handover pack presented to our client upon completion. As ever, this includes all NICEIC electrical certification, MCS and testing paperwork. We always liaise with the local DNO to ensure our clients systems are fully connected and approved by the grid, and supplied paperwork to evidence this upon receipt.
