Mr Camm, Doncaster
Project Summary
We were pleased to recently complete this successful installation of a 9.57kWp PV system for our client, Mr Camm. This system, installed on a beautiful farmhouse, comprised of x22 435w market leading Jinko solar panels is designed to generate clean, renewable energy while reducing his reliance on traditional electricity sources. The system is powered by a 5.00kW GivEnergy Hybrid inverter, and also benefits from a whopping 19kWh of battery storage (x2 9.5 kWh GivEnergy batteries) - to provide energy storage for times when sunlight is limited.
GB Solar designed a suitable system, accompanied by a detailed proposal to show the renewable options for our clients home in Doncaster. The system required prior DNO approval, and we worked with the local DNO to ensure we obtained permission before connecting, under G99. The system is estimated to generate 8,479kWh of clean energy per year, offsetting approximately 121% of the client's electricity consumption. With a projected payback period of around 5.5 years, the system is expected to provide substantial cost savings over time, while also contributing to a greener future.
Our install team completed Mr Camm's system within the week and ensured his system was fully live and operational prior to handing over. As always, our client was provided with a full owners manual and system portal introduction upon completion.
